Cally is a valuable resource to Envisage Law on a variety of estate and guardianship-related matters.  After graduating from Western Carolina University with a degree in criminal justice, Cally served in the Wake County Clerk of Superior Court’s Estates Division.  Most recently she served as Department Head of the Wake County Estates Division, playing a lead role in working with the Administrative Office of the Courts to implement new procedures and manage the transition to eCourts and electronic filing.  In addition, Cally has volunteered for the North Carolina Guardian Ad Litem program advocating for abused and neglected children as they navigate the court system. Cally is a lifelong resident of Wake County and is married to David.  Cally and David have two young children.
