Danielle’s legal experience spans the business litigation practice areas, ranging from contract and business tort cases to complex civil litigation matters, such as antitrust disputes. She also has experience with employment law, including Title VII claims, as well as involvement as local counsel in the case management of a large-scale product liability class action. As a former teacher and student advocate, Danielle has an interest in education law and has represented institutions of higher learning and school boards in policy and litigation matters.
Danielle earned her undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary, graduating summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa. After teaching Spanish in the Wake County Public Schools, Danielle received a law degree from Duke University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude.
After taking a hiatus from the practice of law to homeschool her children, Danielle represents clients in all areas of business litigation, and also in matters of governmental overreach, constitutional civil rights violations, and discriminatory employment practices.
