Evan’s practice focuses on the representation of families and closely held businesses, covering commercial real estate, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and estate planning and administration.
Originally from Durham, North Carolina, Evan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Campbell University, graduating magna cum laude. His passion for the law took him back to Campbell for his legal studies, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctorate.
Upon obtaining his J.D., Evan worked in Northern Virginia with a focus on real estate transactions. He consistently showed a keen aptitude for understanding and applying a broad range of legal concepts, setting a strong foundation for expanding his practice areas.
Outside the office, Evan can be found exploring Raleigh, playing golf, or delving into a good book. His unique blend of dedication, broad legal knowledge, and adaptability make Evan a reliable ally in addressing our clients’ diverse legal needs.
